Ingredients of Smoked ocean trout and dill pasta
1 x 250g pkt dried tagliatelle
2 x 150g pkts smoked ocean trout (Springs brand), roughly flaked
40g baby rocket leaves
2 tablespoons fresh dill tips
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
Steps To Make Smoked ocean trout and dill pasta
Step 1Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain. Return to the pan.
Step 2Add the trout, rocket, dill, lemon juice and oil to the pasta and gently toss until combined. Season with pepper. Divide among bowls and serve immediately.
