Ingredients of Grilled Citrus Chicken
- 2 lbs. chicken tenders, trimmed
- 2⁄3 cup orange juice
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 tsp. orange zest
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 4 Tbsp. honey
Steps To Make Grilled Citrus Chicken
Place chicken in a gallon-sized zip-top bag. In mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Divide the marinade in half. Pour one half of marinade over chicken and reserve the other half. Marinate the chicken for 2 hours.
Prepare a grill. Grill chicken over indirect-medium heat for 10 minutes or until no longer pink. Brush chicken with marinade throughout cooking. Serve hot.
