- 1 turkey breast (5 lbs.)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. sea salt
Steps To Make Sweet Maple Roasted Turkey Breast
Place turkey breast in a large resealable plastic bag, pour the olive oil and 1⁄2 cup of the maple syrup in the bag, toss to coat, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 325°F, and prepare a roasting pan with olive oil spray. Set the marinated turkey breast in the roasting pan.
Coat the turkey breast with the remaining maple syrup and sprinkle with the sea salt.
Cook the turkey breast for 2 hours, or until internal temperature reads 165 to 170°F.
