  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 20g butter, melted, cooled
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup pure cream
  • 4 medium plums, halved, stones removed
  • Icing sugar mixture, to serve
  • Vanilla ice-cream, to serve

Steps To Make Plum clafoutis

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease a 6 cup-capacity ceramic baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Combine flour, sugar and eggs in a bowl. Stir to combine. Add butter, milk and cream. Whisk to combine.
  • Step 3
    Place plums, cut side up, in prepared dish. Add flour mixture. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until just set. Stand for 2 minutes. Dust with icing sugar. Serve with ice-cream.
