800g chicken drumettes (see note)
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
lemon wedges, to serve
Steps To Make Spiced sesame chicken drumettes
Step 1Place chicken in a large baking dish. Combine tomato sauce, sesame seeds, paprika and chilli powder in a jug. Pour over chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour, if time permits.
Step 2Preheat oven to 200°C. Remove plastic wrap from baking dish. Bake chicken for 25 to 30 minutes or until crisp and cooked through. Remove from oven. Set aside to cool. Store chicken in an airtight container in the fridge until serving. Serve with lemon wedges.
