Ingredients of Poke cake

  • 440g packet Greens Golden Butter Cake
  • 85g packet Aeroplane Jelly Raspberry
  • Fresh raspberries, to serve

Steps To Make Poke cake

Method

  • Step 1
    Prepare butter cake following packet directions and bake in a 20cm square pan. Set aside to cool. Trim the top.
  • Step 2
    Prepare raspberry jelly crystals following packet directions.
  • Step 3
    Use a chopstick to poke holes in the cake. Carefully pour in the unset jelly. Cover. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Step 4
    Top with the prepared icing from the packet and fresh raspberries.
