- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- 4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. white distilled vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 1⁄2 tsp. agave nectar
- 1 1⁄2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. all-purpose seasoning
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1⁄4 tsp. dried basil
- 1⁄4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1⁄8 tsp. dried thyme
Steps To Make Roasted Vegetable Pasta Salad with Zesty Italian Dressing
Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss peppers and zucchini with olive oil. Spread on a large baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are beginning to brown.
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and add to roasted vegetables. Add the tomatoes to the pasta and vegetables and toss. Set aside.
