2.4kg watermelon flesh, chopped
185ml (3/4 cup) passionfruit pulp
Ice cubes, to serve
Steps To Make Watermelon & passionfruit juice
Step 1Place a third of the watermelon in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve into a large jug. Repeat with remaining watermelon in 2 batches. Add passionfruit and stir until well combined. Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge for 2 hours to chill.
Step 2Add ice cubes and serve immediately.
