- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 3 cups water
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄2 cup milk
Steps To Make Garlic Tomato Bisque
In large pot, combine olive oil and butter over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic, stirring frequently, until tender, about 5 to 6 minutes. Add soups, sauce, and water. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 10 minutes.
Transfer soup to a blender and puree until smooth. Return to pot. Add cream and milk and stir well. Heat soup through but do not boil.
