1 carrot, peeled, coarsely grated
250g celeriac, peeled, coarsely grated
85g (1/3 cup) good-quality whole-egg mayonnaise
1 tablespoon extra-light sour cream
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh dill
Steps To Make Warm celeriac, potato & carrot salad
Step 1Cook the potato in a large saucepan of salted boiling water over medium heat for 6-7 minutes or until tender. Drain. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to cool.
Step 2Kids’ task: Add the carrot, celeriac, mayonnaise and sour cream to the potato and stir to combine. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with dill and serve immediately.
