12 frozen waffles
155g (1 1/2 cups) coarsely grated mozzarella
3-4 tomatoes, sliced
12 slices smoked ham
Steps To Make Waffle toasties
Step 1Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2Sprinkle 6 of the frozen waffles with 3/4 cup of the coarsely grated mozzarella. Top each waffle with 2-3 slices of tomato and 2 slices of smoked ham. Sprinkle another 3/4 cup coarsely grated mozzarella over the top, then cover with another 6 frozen waffles.
Step 3Place the toasties on the prepared tray. Bake for 6-7 minutes or until the waffles are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
