Ingredients of Thyme & garlic baked brie
300g brie or similar soft cheese in a box
1 garlic clove, sliced
6 thyme sprigs, plus extra leaves to serve
Toasted baguette, to serve
Figs, to serve
Steps To Make Thyme & garlic baked brie
Step 1Preheat the oven to 180C.
Step 2Remove cheese from plastic wrapping and return to the box. Make small slits in the top of the cheese and press garlic and thyme into the slits. Cover with the lid and place on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until warmed and starting to melt.
Step 3Sprinkle with extra thyme and serve with baguette and figs to dip in.
