  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 250g raspberries
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Sliced leg ham, to serve

Steps To Make Raspberry and mango salsa


  • Step 1
    Whisk vinegar and oil together in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Peel and remove cheeks from mangoes. Dice cheeks into 1cm pieces. Remove remaining flesh from around mango stones. Dice flesh into 1cm pieces. Discard stones.
  • Step 3
    Place mango, raspberries, onion and basil in a bowl. Drizzle with dressing. Toss to combine. Serve with ham.
