- 1 ripe peach, sliced
Steps To Make Peach and Brie S’mores
Heat broiler to low. Arrange four graham cracker halves on a baking sheet. Top each with one piece of dark chocolate, then top with one or two slices of Brie.
Place Brie-topped graham crackers under the broiler for about 30 seconds, just until the chocolate is melted and the cheese is softened. Remove from oven and top with peach slices and a remaining plain graham cracker half.
