1 green shallot, trimmed, chopped
Steps To Make Loaded Turkish bread sandwich
Step 1Spread the base of each piece of bread with 21/2 tablespoons Obela Sweet Beetroot Hommus. Top with spinach, avocado, capsicum and goat’s cheese.
Step 2Sprinkle with shallot and season. Cover with bread tops and serve.
