Steps To Make Five-Spice Chicken Wings
Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium heat. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towel. Brush with oil and sprinkle with spice powder.
Place wings on grill; grill 25-30 minutes, or until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 180°F, turning and rotating on grill frequently. In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce with 1-2 teaspoons water to thin slightly. Adjust grill heat to low.
