  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 70g (2/3 cup) coarsely grated cheddar
  • 85g (1/3 cup) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
