  • 240g aged goat’s cheese*
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoons oregano leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • 1/3 cup nicoise olives*
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Baguette, to serve

Steps To Make Marinated goat’s cheese


  • Step 1
    Slice the aged goat’s cheese into six 1cm slices and place a slice on each serving plate.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle with the red onion, thyme leaves, oregano leaves, chilli flakes and nicoise olives.
  • Step 3
    Drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  • Step 4
    Cover with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving with slices of baguette.
