  • 1 radicchio
  • 1 witlof
  • 1 Pink Lady apple, cut into thin wedges
  • 400g can chickpeas, rinsed, drained
  • 150g green beans, trimmed
  • 4 (500g) pork loin medallions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

  • Step 1
