  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 red delicious apple, cored, cut into wedges
  • 1 packham pear, cored, cut into wedges
  • 2 (300g) smoked chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
  • 210g brie cheese
  • 125g crackers, to serve (we used mini lavosh)

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine cream cheese, mustard, parsley, green onions and 2 teaspoons lemon juice in a small bowl.
  • Step 2
    Combine apple and pear wedges in a separate bowl. Add remaining lemon juice. Stir to coat.

    Arrange smoked chicken, brie, apple mixture and crackers on a platter. Serve with cream cheese mixture.
