Steps To Make Flourless Banana Cinnamon Pancakes
In a glass measuring cup, mix together egg, banana, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Be sure to mash bananas very well or use a blender to mix ingredients until smooth on low speed.
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Pour a couple of batches of batter onto skillet and cook pancakes until bubbly on top and golden on bottom, about 4 minutes. Flip and cook about 2 more minutes.
