  • 500g caster sugar
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 2 2/3 cup (400g) plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 300ml sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
