- 1⁄2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 6 lbs. baby back ribs
Steps To Make Hot Southwestern-Style Baby Back Ribs
Mix together cayenne pepper, black pepper, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, allspice, thyme, and salt in a small bowl. Wearing rubber gloves, rub spice mixture into the meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Prepare the grill to medium with plenty of room for indirect heat. Pour oil into a spray bottle.
Grill the ribs over indirect heat for 20 minutes per side, spraying with vegetable oil as they cook.
