  • 150g butter, chopped
  • 2/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 125g sponge finger biscuits, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup dried fruit medley mix
  • drinking chocolate, to serve

  • Step 1
    Grease a 3cm-deep, 17cm x 28cm (base) slab pan and line with baking paper (see note).
  • Step 2
