- 1 1⁄2 pounds ground beef
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Black pepper
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 6 Kroger® Rich ‘N Honey Sliders Mini Buns
- 6 leaf romaine
- 6 slices Private Selection™ Vermont Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
- 6 slices onion
- 1⁄4 cup Vlasic® Relish
- Kroger® Yellow Mustard
- Kroger® Original Tomato Ketchup
Steps To Make Stuffed and Cheesy Sliders
In bowl, mix ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Remove and divide into 6 patties.
Place 1 half cheese slice into the inside of each patty, covering with meat.
On stove: Heat oil in 12” non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook sliders for 8-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. On grill: Cook sliders until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Top the bottom half of each bun with lettuce, slider, cheese, onion, relish, mustard, ketchup and bun top.
