Ingredients of Prosciutto mushrooms

  • 12 portobello mushrooms, stems removed
  • 150g pkt white castello cheese, cut into 12 wedges
  • 12 sprigs fresh thyme, torn into smaller sprigs
  • 12 thin slices prosciutto, sliced lengthways

Steps To Make Prosciutto mushrooms


  • Step 1
    Preheat a barbecue on high. Place a piece of cheese in the cavity of each mushroom. Top each with 2-3 small sprigs of fresh thyme.
  • Step 2
    Wrap each mushroom with 2 pieces of prosciutto. Cook on the barbecue, hood down, for 10-15 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
