Ingredients of Prosciutto mushrooms
12 portobello mushrooms, stems removed
150g pkt white castello cheese, cut into 12 wedges
12 sprigs fresh thyme, torn into smaller sprigs
12 thin slices prosciutto, sliced lengthways
Steps To Make Prosciutto mushrooms
Step 1Preheat a barbecue on high. Place a piece of cheese in the cavity of each mushroom. Top each with 2-3 small sprigs of fresh thyme.
Step 2Wrap each mushroom with 2 pieces of prosciutto. Cook on the barbecue, hood down, for 10-15 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
