Step 2Combine marmalade, brown sugar, lime rind, lime juice and pistachios in a bowl. Spoon half of the crust mixture over the ham. Bake, spooning over remaining crust mixture every 20-30 minutes, for 1 hour 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve ham warm or cold.
