2 teaspoons caster sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 x 200g container country-style reduced-fat natural yoghurt

Step 1Preheat oven to 180°C. Peel skin and pith from oranges, halve lengthways and cut crossways into 1cm-thick slices. Hull and halve the strawberries.
Step 2Place the fruit in a shallow ovenproof dish and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fruit is slightly soft and sugar is syrupy.
