1 small brown onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
55g can green peppercorns, drained
1/2 cup Massel beef stock
300ml pure cream
Steps To Make Peppercorn sauce
Step 1Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened. Add garlic and peppercorns. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Step 2Stir in stock and cream. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 10 minutes or until reduced by half.
