3 large carrots, peeled, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons maple syrup
Toasted Turkish bread, to serve
Steps To Make Sweet spiced carrot dip
Step 1Place carrot in a medium saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain.
Step 2Place carrot, oil, cinnamon and maple syrup in a food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Serve with toasted Turkish bread.
