- 4 cups raki or tsipouro or grappa
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 whole cloves
Steps To Make Rakomelo – Greek Digestif
Heat all ingredients in a large pot over medium-low heat to a slow boil. Stir occasionally. Once the mixture boils, remove from heat.
Allow to cool and pour mixture into a glass bottle with a lid. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve cold as a digestive after dinner.
