Ingredients of Fried Egg (Kai Tod)
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
Steps To Make Fried Egg (Kai Tod)
Heat a pan or wok until hot.
Add oil to the pan and wait 30 seconds.
Crack egg into hot oil and let fry for 1 minute. Serve sunny-side-up, or flip the egg and let fry on the other side for another 30 seconds.
For a more well-done and crispier egg, fry for a few seconds longer on each side.
