- 2 cups young coconut meat
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup mango, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 2 tsp. maca powder
Steps To Make Coconut and Brazil Nut Smoothie
Grind the Brazil nuts in the coconut water, using an S-blade food processor. (You can also use a high-speed blender, but nuts can destroy a less-powerful conventional blender.) Once smooth, strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any large particles. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
