2 1/4 cups (625ml) milk
1 cup (250ml) thin cream
1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 teaspoons powdered gelatine
Steps To Make Milk jellies
Step 1Place milk, cream, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
Step 2Place 1/4 cup water in a heatproof bowl and sprinkle gelatine over top. Sit bowl in a saucepan of gently simmering water, and stir over low heat until gelatine dissolves and liquid is clear.
Step 3Add to milk mixture, then pour into a 5-cup (1.25L) mould. When cooled, refrigerate overnight.
Step 4Serve with rhubarb & raspberry compote.
