  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed chilli
  • 100g Great Lakes Sun-Dried Tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Extra grated parmesan cheese, to serve
  • Basil leaves, to serve

Steps To Make Spaghetti with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and chilli

Method

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet directions, until just tender.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic, chilli and tomatoes. Cook, stirring often, for 2 minutes, or until softened.
  • Step 3
    Drain pasta. Return to saucepan. Add tomato mixture, parmesan, and salt and pepper. Toss over low heat until well combined.
  • Step 4
    Serve pasta topped with extra parmesan and basil leaves.
