1/2 cup caster sugar
1 cup water
250g small strawberries
200g fresh raspberries or frozen raspberries
1-2 teaspoons rosewater
Steps To Make Strawberry and rosewater sauce
Step 1Place 1/2 cup caster sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan, then stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Boil for 5 minutes.
Step 2Stir in 250g small strawberries, hulled and sliced widthways, 200g fresh or frozen raspberries and 1-2 teaspoons rosewater.
Step 3Cool then pour over cooled cheesecake.
