Ingredients of Iced espresso
185mls (3/4 cup) freshly brewed espresso coffee
250mls (1 cup) full cream milk
2 generous scoops of good quality vanilla ice-cream
Sugar, to taste
Steps To Make Iced espresso
Step 1To make the coffee iceblocks, pour the coffee into 2 iceblock trays. Freeze until completely frozen.
Step 2Combine the coffee, milk, ice-cream and sugar in a blender, blend briefly or until just combined. Add 4 of the coffee iceblocks and blend for 1 minute or until well mixed.
Step 3Pour into chilled glasses and add 2 of the remaining iceblocks to each glass before serving. Serve immediately.
